Replaced SERIAL_PROTOCOLPGM(MSG_BED) with SERIAL_PROTOCOLPGM("Bed")
Resolved some warnings in Marlin_main.cpp regarding compares of signed and unsigned integers by replacing 'int' or 'uint16_t' with 'uint8_t'.
